It has a decent icebreaker type plate on the stern (200MM something as I recall) that helps if kiting but bow on it is just 32MM making a bow overmatch strike lead to citadels a lot. I would consider that to be a tie in that department as well. An advanced design of the Tenryu -class cruiser.
